New Year…

New Year and all! Little behide on what I had planned on re-starting at the beginning of January but had to get rid of a cold first.

Anyways tomorrow is the first day back into eating healthy and going out of my way to exercise.

I shall start off with short workouts leading up to an hour a day. Working out during the week and weekends have off ^_^

My exercise equitment includes a dance video (you may laugh but it does work if you get the right one for yourself), exercise bike, weights and sit-ups. NOT ALL IN ONE HOUR!!!!

Dance video one morning, bike weights and sit-ups the next. Feels great after a week or so using them ^_^

And no junk food during the week, I let myself have something unhealthy at weekend, but if I stick to this then even at the weekend after a while I don’t have the taste for junk food ^_^
